Stalwart finally has a time to shine at high difficulties; penetrating everything short of the walkers (you can still hit the eye if you're feeling like a good shot). machine gun also gokay, but the stalwart's huge mags make it pretty good, at least on the mobs and the jetpack guys.
I assume they'll get more armor units soon so take it while it lasts lol.
Laser feels best at the moment. They arent particual better but its easier to "make every shot count" + you dont have to care for ammo to much.
MG-43, Stalwart or HMG also will do really well against the voteless. If you find the voteless still very oppressive, use gatling turret to slice them apart. Recoilless Rifle users, shoot the disk shaped area under the drop ships, to bring them down and killing all of the occupants, BEFORE the tower of light appears.
If you need to control overseers, consider using knockback weaponry, they get staggered by them. Will need to experiment with Eruptor and explosive bolt crossbow at some point.
Also good if you catch the jetpack enemies off guard as if you shoot their jetpack it explodes and kills them instantly
Railcannon strikes can cut through the shields no problem.
You need to hit the parked spaceship at a very weird angle for the RR to not bounce off, but at that point you're better off throwing a grenade in there instead
