Game still has barely any new content or progression in almost a year.

and yet it won best ongoing game of the year and has become a bit of a cultural phenomenon, Its to the point i have seen four different people in my town have HD2 tattoos,

All im saying is your focusing on the worst parts of it and not the best parts

Also the warbond thing is just dumb AF the company needs to stay afloat somehow and its not me paying their bill cause i have unlocked every warbond VIA finding the super creds during missions, that is something i cannot say about ANY other game with a battle pass system

Their progression system definitely needs an overhaul, the gameplay loop is fun, but the unlocks are so boring once you've unlocked all strategems which doesn't take long at all. Most weapons from the Warbonds are still so bad they're not worth using, but their 6 month patch made more weapons viable at least.

The sample system even in the first Helldivers was better, it allowed you to upgrade individual weapons and thus have your "loadout" buffed up until you eventually could upgrade everything. It allowed for more progression especially as more weapons were released and even just giving us that progression system would be better than the current extremely bland Sample system in HD2.

I mean his post is about progression. Enemies and biomes don't really count as progression and even the Vehicle can't be unlocked yet. His post might be immature, but he's not wrong, the progression is really lacking. The Sample system is bland AF and the vast majority of Warbond weapons are so bad they're nearly useless.

Nothing is locked behind a pay wall. You are just too lazy to farm super credits. It doesn't take very long, that's how I know you're lazy.

Idk I feel the same, I like that there is at least something and I am glad they brought something but if we compare the amount of content for that long dry time we have been waiting for real content... is kinda dissapointing. And we surely all don't say that because we hate the game but it really frustating how the game turns, even when I really enjoy the universe of helldivers and the kill loop is fun but it gets also quite boring when you kill enemies for nothing and you can't do anything meaningful with your samples.

Right now it feels okay but I can already tell it will get dull real quick...

If you can pay for it unless you " Farm for super credits" it's a pay wall. What do you get from simping on a dev that does not care about you?

If you know what your doing you can farm 1000 credits in a couple days it's EZ AF

I have all the good ♥♥♥♥ unlocked, most of the warbonds I wanted done…the game has been stale for months. I’m not saying it’s a bad game at all, just the “live service” aspect is horribly managed.
