How to find enemy names

Amazing how info is scarce on this game. Every website is missing enemies and calling them random names.
I noticed that if you press Q on an enemy, you will SOMETIMES see its name. No idea how to trigger that consistently.

Anyway, I'm looking for the green acid scavengers name. Do they even have a different name? I've seen "Bile Spitter".
Anyone know where I can find those enemies? Not sure if it's random or not, apparently the nursing/bile spewers only spawn in specific conditions, and never together, from what I've read.

Not at all, it's missing at least the Bile Spitter (green scavenger), Pouncer (small hunter), Hive Guard, Nursing Spewer, Charger Behemoth

Hit Q to tag them, but you can't be looking down the sights or anything to see the name.

EDIT: they are bile spewers, and I've found them most often during night missions.

Bile Spewers are the big ones, I'm looking for the small ones. Although I guess I'll try at night

Sadly, most of the time you get killed by yourself. I think that's because you die from poison and the game doesn't count the spitter as the source of the damage. You'd have to get killed by a melee attack (if they can even do that). Also I can't find green ones, even though I've seen plenty before!
