Is it possible to somehow understand that the mission has been completed?
At first I saw green checkmarks on the task, but now there are no such checkmarks anywhere. Maybe this is a bug?
Or do you just need to choose the difficulty and complete the missions?

if you go into a mission zone, there are the objektive zones, there you need to complete them, then in the orbit view in your ship its marked with a green arrow.

So this can only happen once. After re-entering the game all this disappears.

If you have the TAB map open you can scroll down to zoom out. The main objectives will be orange, side objectives are blue, completed objectives will be greyed out.

On TAB the map on the ship does not open.

Mission series remain on log out or joining friends, but disappear if your ship is the "host" and you play any other mission. Changing difficulties changes the missions. You can't complete a series on a higher or lower difficulty.

So I need to know across the entire map whether I completed these missions or not, like for example a checkmark in the Race that it is completed. Otherwise you will have to go through the same thing again every time.

Your ship icon will be directly above your active mission series and unless you change difficulty it should be the first thing you see. It also warns you that you abort the mission if you select some other mission.

The fact is that the missions themselves, which I have already completed, change with the Difficulty. I'm not talking about the series, I'm talking about completion, which are later marked with check marks - on easy difficulty I completed all the maps, they are all marked completed, moved on to another difficulty, completed all the maps, moved on to difficulty 3 and so on.

Never played like that nor did i notice. The only green checkmarks on missions that i noticed are the ones that show you which you completed in a mission series.

Never tried to look for completed series after i've completed the series.

If you change difficulties the missions "reset" meaning you will no longer have green check marks on missions you did for a lower difficulty.
There is no "going back" to missions you have already completed.

Any time you move to a new planet as well the missions will be reset.

If you're trying to replay missions, you cannot. Unless you start a new mission
