What did I say about poor people ? Go play with an empty can.
1) Can log in 2) Stay Logged In without being kicked randomly 3) Not CTD 4) Not get a black screen at launching game 5) Dont have a 7900 series 6) Dont care about multiplayer or matchmaking.
Very Ironic Sony name stamped on a game with this many issues at launch.....remember a game they took off the store becuase of all the issues.
I know above sounds harsh but the more you love something the harder you react to the negatives.
Have 4 copies played one time all of us. Have 3 friends that all refunded that own the 7000 series GPUs and gave up im between the CTD/Perf/Capacity problems.
To me it seems like a crime its allowed to be sold in its current state.
"the game is already dying as well" - had me rolling
- Gameplay is not smooth, movements are very scripted.
- you can not even jump
- servers are wooden
- quickplay does not exist, you have to find yourself via "Friendcodes" a team together
- meanwhile you gamble everytime to even get into the game, you fall behind and get kicked out of teams, IF you manage to find one. While you barely made it to lvl 4, there are teams around lvl 20-xx and they just kick you. Another possibility is you just get boosted by those and don't rly get to play.
For that money you can buy another game on your wishlist. It is not worth it.
Nobody knows when the game actually will work, but it is gonna be months atleast
I never said the reviews aren't valid. I said don't make a personal judgement just because of the word "Mixed" alone. It's "bad" because of a technical issue, caused by the gameplay being too good.
Don't listen to a lot of the complaining in the discussions, but do delay your purchase until they can fix the server issues. Let me explain the situation briefly:
- The servers have a max capacity of about 450k players across both PS5 and PC, and the game's extreme surge in popularity was unprecedented by the developers (who were expecting only like, a max population of 10k at once)
- They found the issue with the servers being related to their backend code, and stated that it's going to take some time to fully solve the issue
It really is that simple, but people are trying to spin the narrative that the devs "abandoned the game" and that they're lazy and money-hungry. In my opinion, just keep an eye on it until the issue can be fully solved.
* Who cares if you can't jump? In theory, in big giant armor, you shouldn't be able to jump easy.
* Wooden servers? Not really sure what you mean. But the servers work great if you get in.
* Quickplay has worked every single time I've tried it. Sometimes takes a minute but it always works.
* Never been kicked out yet. Seems crazy for you to experience that at only level 4. You're probably doing too high of difficulty if you're level 4 matching with level 20s. If you can't carry your load, why keep you?
