Idiots most of us payed the game but unavailable to connect
Old stoneage servers ......

Retrying to connect like 5hrs now ♥♥♥♥ off ....
Any fix or trick to bypass it ?

Join on a friend who is already in the game, that's the only "trick" as far as I'm aware. And the servers aren't "old stone-age", this is a database issue caused by runaway success, and literally happens to every major online release of the past two decades; that's why most MMOs have server queues for launches now.

Funnily enough, a trick or bypass is to not log out, but people using this trick makes others suffer.

My group and I have had a lot of luck using invites to connect into the game quicker. Idk if it is correlation and not causation, but having someone who is already in the game send you an invite seems to get us in faster? I honestly think the servers are just constantly on fire, and a lot of people I know are leaving accounts logged in on PC and Ps5 overnight to not lose their spots so I am sure that is widespread. GL bro <3

Servers are at capacity is the biggest bug of them all, the automatons are DDOSing us because we are kicking their ass.

If it takes you more than 10 minutes to get into a match then I'd say take the hint and play something else for a bit. The game will still be here when you come back.

set up 4 candles formed like a square each on a piece of bread. going clockwise light 3 candles. sit in the middle and play "never gonna give you up". blow out the 3 candles going counterclockwise then light the last candle. when it goes out you will get in the game

you just have to wait till player count is down or join the que till you get in its easier to play late at night when there a lower player count but this will have to do untill they update the servs till then we are ♥♥♥♥ out of luck

Subversive AFKers working with the automatons to sabotage earths defense.
Also, there is no actual queue just whoever gets lucky and tries to log in when a spot opens, or the auto login pings when a spot is open. You could get in immediately, after 5 minutes, or after 5 hours- its absolute luck as far as my friends and I can tell. The person who joins "queue" first isnt necessarily who will get in first, instead its seemingly random who gets in and when.

Yes that is stupid, loads of services that could have helped them scale easily, made even worse knowing its a Sony game e.g. the publisher has the knowledge, skill and experience to have avoided this.

But it is what it is,
Game is a lot of fun, whoever setup its live operations plan is probably hating life at the moment but it is what it is.

blame the devs because if you wanna be able to take a break and come back to play you wont be able to connect, so afk in ship is the only way to guarantee beeing able to continue playing. devs have to up server capacity and only after that add a timeout kick
