Report a translation problem
There is a workaround that my teammates made to increase their fps. I don't know how exactly but they made the game use directX 11 rather than 12. I checked this on youtube and there's something posted about this. The op is using an amd card.

My friends have 1050s and I'm pretty sure they did the same thing.

Also game set do DX11 with steam launch options, on DX12 I get 30-45 fps.
If playing solo on helldive with native 1080p and mostly on low settings (but some are high like particle quality and rendering distance) I get 50-70 fps depenting on how many enemies on the screen.
If playing with 4 people on helldive with Ultra Quality scaling I get 40-65 fps also depending on what happening on the screen.
edit: game still looks good even on lowest settings
You could put all settings to lowest and see if that helps.
3200 is not fast...
