Family Sharing blocked?

Play 4 hours of this game through family sharing. Come back to see Steam says Family Sharing is unavailable? Like what?

Been wondering the same, I want my bro to try it on his machine, it is semi old. And HD2 has family shating it on the store page listed. But he does not see the game, my other games are present. There also is no mention of HD2 in the list of games excluded from sharing.

I've been messaged by a few people asking me to allow them to family share the game. Don't know if this is a scam or not, obviously just blocked them.

Same here, game had family share for weeks and now does not despite having the family share tag on store page and no exclusion tag on steamdb

There's a new family share feature allowing people to play the game while owner is playing them online. But apparently, if one gets caught cheating, all the shared account along with the owner gets banned as well.
Don't share no games with random for sure.
