For me, I ignore all armor stats and just choose whatever I think looks coolest.
Actually it was reported to be having some issues as well for a bit
So yeah I like being able to ninja dunk nades into bug holes and automaton outposts. Plus the +50% limb health isn't terrible to have. I can also yeet support strats ahead of my team and arrive to its location as it lands. The potential utility of Assisted Servo just outweighs other options aside from more grenades or stims in my opinion.
And unless anyone actually knows a list of all the armors and their passive configurations, then yes its an issue and the timer is a disappointment if you can't even log in to play and obtain. When a big part of the game is kit building, this is a issue at the moment.
