But having 32 people isolated multiple times over puts way less strain on servers than hundreds of thousands connecting to the same network at the same time. And, again, there's still the fact that there's offline single player and P2P private lobbies which is likely where the majority of people went to anyway.
They probably dont want to lock players out for hours again after everything thats happening.
But the servers need to change, its been going on all week and the weekend was barely playable, as i write this ive been waiting for about an hour with no indication of getting in.
People who paid for the product are entitled to something that works, as it stands it does not, so negative review it is until it does.
Is that really worth sabotaging and ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the developers over for?
they just increased the player cap from 350,000 to 450,000 yesterday
they are working on it, but it's the weekend, so I don't know why you're expecting them to fix it right away which is supposedly most of the staff's day(s) off.
You have a job, right? Do you want to work the weekends?
Yeah I didn't think so.
Take that so-called "entitlement" and shove it up your ass.
It is a working product, and the fact that you can't wait for a couple of minutes to get in game in an already maxed-out player count is your fault and your fault alone.

Something like that at least. Try and find the topic, it's an interesting read.
As for the topic, I'm sure Sony was expecting a good bit of player influx, but not THAT much. Thus do they now have to haphazardly increase server power - which, again, is more complex for a game of this type than Palworld.
Leaving bad reviews, while leaving a bad taste, is not a wrong thing. Customers have the right to know that the game has issues right now, which means less influx.
The thing I can't stand is if people give negative reviews out of spite and malice, because "let's add fuel to the fire". It won't magically fix the servers and the devs / Sony cannot work any quicker than they (hopefully) already do.
"people can't leave bad reviews because it hurts my feelings for some reason" -you
you're embarrassing yourself, kiddo.
Don't let the door hit you on the way out.
