Funniest team/player deaths you've seen/caused? Lets have a fun thread for once.

Lets have a fun thread for a change. Describe some of the funniest team deaths you've seen.

I will start.

Funniest I caused was when I JUST started playing, I was pretty tired at the time so my judgement wasn't the best, I go to throw a High explosive grenade at a bug hive hole, but I noticed my friend tossed one in, then my mind blanked "Well what do I do with this thing now?" Well... I thought about it too long and the grenade blew up in my hand killing me and my 2 friends all at once. Its only happened once, but it was still memorable.

Funniest I seen was when my friend was on top of a building fighting some scav and hunter class bugs, he goes to throw a grenade, second he throws it a hunter is like "OH HAI THAR" climbs up the side of the building and the grenade bounced off its face and right back into my friends face taking him and the bug out. My sides were sore from laughing after seeing that play out in real time. Friend is like "SEE?!? only time I die is to stupid random crap like this happening."

What are some stories you have?

Both involved the railgun.

First time I wasn't even using it, I walked in front of a teammate firing one by accident while I was wearing backpack shield.
it deflected the projectile straight back into him.

Then last night I was groggy while playing and did something I hadn't done in awhile, overloaded my railgun. I was close enough to another teammate at the time that we both exploded violently.

a funny one, but didn't felt that funny when it happened to me was: me and 3 randoms, we clear an operation of 3 missions in high difficulty, first 2 mission my teamates fail to extract and i'm the only survivor, but they were success; last mission's extract I tell myself 'imma cover their retreat this time" as we all go in the dropship, as i as about to get in i notice a charger not far behind, I turn and shoot it to slow it down with autocannon but instead shot in the face a teamate right behind me, about to enter dropship, we both die, dropship fly away, sample on the floor. what a fluke

i was kicked before i could explain after that x)

Well I mean thats kinda their fault for crossing someones firing line. Most primary weapon team kills usually is someone crossing someone elses firing line then getting beaned by whatever they are shooting. NEVER cross someones firing line, ever. I learned that very quickly in HD2.

Ahh yeah the Autocannon rounds do kinda aoe a bit.

Dropped down a 120mm HE barrage while we were waiting for dropship with a friend,

He ran too close on the final salvo and got hit unluckily for the first death ever in our matches. Laughing I recalled him and was using Arc thrower I had grabbed during mission, He lands, Runs around the corner right into my lightning bolt and immediately died again.

We both couldnt stop laughing at the bad luck as I was trying to respawn him again XD

I was playing with like 2 old guys and i placed down some mines on one side cause there was this giant pillar in the middle and i thought they were gonna go on the other side of it, but they went right through they mines. As soon as they said "be careful, there's mines here" one of them stepped on it and they started laughing as the body ragdolled and set off a chain reaction killing them all in the vicinity. It was super wholesome.

Another one was where me and my friends split off into squads of 2, one to go start the extract and the other to go take out automoton factories. Me and my friend were engaged in a massive gun fight on this hill and as one of my friends was looking at the massive gunfight in the distance instead of ahead of him. As soon as he turned around he saw one of those holes but still fell into it. We were so confused on how he died but when the dude that was with him was explaining it, we were laughing hysterically.

Charger was running towards a red barrel and me, i shot at the barrel once to start it burning. Timing seemed to be perfect to hit. The charger then ran past the barrel and i matador dived, but the Charger tossed me right into the barrel and it exploded. And so did i.
