I got a lot of mileage by turning the motion blur off, which looks better to me anyway.
we can only wait for some optimisation and maybe dlss =) but the game is smooth anyway, you dont really feels the fps drops.
If you really want a stable framerate, limit your fps to 60 for now
Edit: Could also be software bloat, but I doubt reinstalling a clean Windows will actually cause anything other then headaches.
Yup, noticed this as well, and wow is it disappointing to see. I actually stopped using hwmonitor with this game because I was that disgusted lol. I just don't even want to look at my CPU being hogged by such a thing and degrading performance.
It really makes me wonder if the published requirements they had out for the game didn't include the game running with GameGuard, which is disingenuous .. When I look at my lows, it always occurs with GameGuard hogging and spiking.
Other than that i suppose wait for dlss update maybe?
Still, I'd say the games graphic optimisation is ok, they'd need to look at GameGuard if it keeps spiking like this, since it was NOT doing this to me a few days ago so something is off about it.
Edit: I'll also say that I didn't notice any further FPS drops after I set the Helldivers exe to high priority for the CPU, but that could be a coincidence.
