Half the people who bought your game (probably hundreds of thousands of people) can't play it. It doesn't matter whose fault it is, the fact is you sold us a product that has not worked since launch. Even the error reports have errors. Matchmaking, arguably the most critical feature in the entire game, is almost entirely broken.

Free armor, helmet, cape, primary weapon, sidearm, and grenade. Don't screw with our progression at all. Do not lock our compensation behind a grind of game play.

Apologize by providing free content that we would normally have to pay for. You have found massive success in Helldivers 2, but you need to do something genuinely charitable to make up for the fiasco that this launch has been.

Hmmmm, not a terrible idea. Not a whole DLC or something, but I would love some flair for my destroyer or a cape that says "I was here for the Great Server Debacle of 2024" or something.

the bots running damage control really don't like it, but some kind of apology xp boost or something does go a long way when this kind of server outage happens in other online games
