Is anyone else embarrassed of rocking the Super Citizen Title ingame?

I go with the regular titles even if i got the Super Citizen title available, using Super Citizen title is like a fool stamp i feel, a bit embarrasing that i/we fell for bying it.

Actually, for a long time I didn't know that I had the rank of "super citizen". Discovering this was a pleasant surprise. Everything you get with the premium edition is kind of crappy stuff - and I completely understand this decision. Only this distinction - which does not harm anyone, gives some satisfaction that you support the devs. It's the same with Deep Rock Galactics and no one has a problem with it.

I've had max money (50k wtf) for several days and I own everything. And now I'm pissed because just like in the first game, alot of the guns and strategems look good on paper but kinda suck so now I have to wade through a huge list of crap to get to the actual effective stuff I'm going to use.

Speaking of, I wish they'd either give us a hide button for stuff we aren't going to use. I save up medals and got that Demolisher or Devastator or whatever that sidewalk abortion is called, Probably the worst gun in the game. 10 round magazine explosive and it doesn't kill the weakest automaton with a single shot center mass? Never again. I'm honestly considering starting over just to clean out my inventory.

I always buy standard edition for games now.

i just find myself having a lot of bonus gear i feel almost forced to use because its nice and shiny. Even when theres better options in the base game.
Its a shame never actually using the stuff you actually unlock.
Cheapens the progression.

I only put it on to be intentionally cringe.

It's not even a good title for coolness. You're a super citizen. Even in universe it feels like a paid title given to people for paying money.

Edit : I'll always rock the Cadet title. We're all fodder in the end. Kidding ourselves with shiny titles is cringe.
