Could be warning about potentially losing regular or rare Samples, while farming Super Samples. Given that you get max 3 of those / mission at Diff 7, so other samples could go past the 500 marker.

and highest ship module requires either 100 common samples or 80common + 80rare, highest. whats the problem? or you just informing us about that there s a cap?
