ZOMBIES - a suggestion for future content (edit: a prediction from the past)

The galaxy map has lots of space at the bottom there, between the bugs and terminators, as a third faction to challenge Super Earth's freedom (they will fail), imagine hordes of zombies like in World War Z and Days Gone. With big boss zombies, that would be cool. Would anyone else be into dropping airstrikes on the hordes?

The first game had some sort of zombies as part of the Cyborgs. It just wasn't a focus. Not sure this game needs them. I'd prefer they add larger units to the existing factions (actual bosses) and some bug counters to eventual player vehicles (flying bugs, chain exploding swarm bugs)

I think zombies is fun but change to like the movies of 28 days later. Making them fast and underground would be cool.

Slow zombies might be to easy for this style game so fast hunters be cool.

The automatons are pretty much zombies with guns for the most part. You'd have to go way past what we traditionally think of classical "zombies" to make them worth adding. Not against it. I just think, that they'd have to be nothing like actual zombies to be interesting.

Zombies, werewolves, vampires, .... always the same enemies which we can find in dozen of games.

Why not like a bug-human hybrid ? .... or civil war against traitors from democracy which decided to make their own government ?
