I'm going to try to put this as plainly as possible, with as little insult as possible, for the off chance that you actually want to understand "the other side".

It's the attitude, and the behavior. The LGBT identity group has consistently followed the same pattern for longer than I've actually been alive:

1. They ask for X or Y thing to validate their lifestyle and sexual deviancy (that's not an insult: it has been considered such by every single human society for the overwhelming majority of human history, and every single society that eventually accepted it openly has crumbled into ruin within a fraction of it's lifetime)
   
2. They argue it's not much of a compromise to make, that no bad consequences will occur, and that it's outright hateful to oppose their wishes.
   
3. Nothing ever done for them is ever enough, there must always be more, nothing can be left as it is, and every single person around them MUST AGREE with all their heart.
   
4. They progressively and utterly ruin everything they touch, changing it into something completely different and often antithetical to it's original quality or purpose. The very definition of corruption by the way.

Thirty years ago it was "unthinkable" that someone would publicly act this way, today our society actively argues for the following:

• Young girls must share private spaces like bathrooms and locker rooms with males.
  
• Males must be accepting of other males making sexual advances on them after covertly altering themselves to appear female.
  
• Characters in movies, TV, games, comics, and fiction novels must be introduced or changed to have this identity and our stories have to feature their perversion so prominently that it becomes the only notable characteristic or plot point.
  
• And many more, much worse things... things that permanently ruin people's lives and contribute to a mind boggling suicide rate.

I might run out of text characters before I finish listing the reasons we want it gone so badly.

• The identity group is likely the most narcissistic and self-centered of any in existence at the moment. No body likes the child that has to be the center of attention everywhere they go, or the preacher who never (EVER) shuts up about their chosen religion.
  
• Context. Sexuality has no place anywhere outside of a private bedroom, and certainly not in a video game about shooting bugs and robots. Even if the identity was based on something more mundane, you don't see clowns, advertisements for cheeseburgers, or Frank Sinatra covers here either.
  
• They don't have self-control, and their fellow members usually don't police their obnoxious behavior. I don't think I've been in a single LGBT promoting community that didn't result in me or someone I know getting sexually harassed by another member. It's worse than a college frat house every time.
  
• Saturation Fatigue. We are tired of everything we love being twisted into a sex fantasy. It's gotten so bad in the last 5 years, we are running out of places to go and things to do that don't have some form of "rEpREEEseNtAtiOn". There are PLENTY of other forms of entertainment that have all the "safe space" one could ask for, please leave my "Warhammer40k" space alone.
  
• Victim blaming. Ironically LGBT is extremely oppressive and people around them *at minimum* don't enjoy being called toxic, hateful, bigoted, or evil just for protesting at kinks being shoved down their throats. For such a "marginalized" people, they have no qualms intimidating, shaming, and bullying others.
  
• Willful blindness and Gaslighting. Just because YOU haven't been harmed by LGBT influence, does NOT mean others haven't. You have no idea what others have experienced, and you never stop to ask if what you are doing is a "trigger" for someone else's trauma, even if they are strong enough to not openly whine and use those terms.

That was the short and polite version of why we don't mind saying "Calm down or GTFO". It. Really. IS. A. Problem.

To be honest, there is no point bringing logic into this, because some people fight imaginary battles that don't even exist. Sure, some people might get oppressed in some communities but definitely not here. The thing is that fighting for those who really need it actually requires some effort and puts people at danger so most will rather fight their imaginary battles than do something actually real (want to fight for LGBT rights? Do it in Saudi Arabia and not on Steam).

As for player card - don't personally really care about them. They are visible for all of half a second after mission ends, so I barely see them as it is.

Overall, I saw plenty of people saying how they'd teamkill you on sight if they saw you wearing anything like that.
