Twitch Drop Concerns

Does anyone know if the twitch drops will be available to purchase in game at a later date because I really do not like the concept of twitch drops i.e. having to go out of the game to get items within the game

They are optional you don't have too. And I don't know if they will.

Turns out its still active until Feb 23. Currently few are streaming, probably due to the jank servers.

Totally agree with OP, I don't like the idea of twitch drops either because I'd rather be playing the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game than watching some other loser I don't know play it.

You could just leave the stream running in the background on the lowest quality with sound muted, and still play.

Though I don't appreciate poorly advertised FOMO events intended to artificially inflate Twitch view counts. Looks like the reward is just a light armor that bears a resemblance to Doom Guy.

I hate twitch drops and think they should be available in game at a later date, but if you want it for FOMO purposes, you can just run the stream in the background for an hour. You need to go to a stream with drop enabled. There are only a few streamers who has them enabled (like cohhcarnage, which I used) so be careful of whose stream you go to.
