Liberator, on FA or Burst, aiming for the head even on Devastators (the heavily armored walkers that aren't Hulks) works, a Devastator with a rocket pack, aim for the rockets to disable them and get in good damage to boot.
Diligence DMR, headshots on Devastators and head or torso (or mag dump) on Berserkers. A round to the chest downs the basic infantry and no bot has survived more than two hits with one. Just remember not to fire on the move as it really suffers in that situation compared to burst Liberator.
Breaker auto-shotgun is a great pick, with up to roughly 40 meters effective range on infantry, though double tap for safety while aiming center mass. The pellet spread makes headshoting Devastators easier and dumping a mag into a hulk's rear grill weak point can take them out in one go.
I've heard great things about the Dominator for bot fighting, but I've not used it myself.
For side arms, the Autopistol is great, able to mag dump to down Berserkers and quick burst infantry. That said, the Senator revolver has medium armor pen and solid accuracy to headshot Devastators.
i als0 suggest the sc0rcher plasma rifle
You potentially still need the EAT-17 as AT-weapon, so it is a fairly costly loadout in terms of stratagem slots, but I really enjoy the aggressive run and gun combat it allows for.
