there is a dive but i don't think there is a jump

you need the jetpack to jump high to the sky, other than that the "dive" button is your jump..
you would be surprised that it can cover some distance that you normally can't reach

Can't jump but you can climb anything that's around waist level
Closest thing to a jump is the jump pack which you can unlock or randomnly find in missions.

Fr tho if I have one gripe with the actual game part of this game it's the movement. Mantling up small obstacles feels like a struggle. And it kind of should be. Difficult terrain while in a tense gunfight and what not, but it feels just a little bit too jank. Everything else feels solid af.
