autocannon support weapon. 3 good hits will kill any stalker no problem, 2 if you take out a major limb. oh, and the autocannon can fire in full-auto mode. just switch the firing mode by holding reload. dont forget to USE the gyroscopic targeting (little white circle that moves around randomly) to actually hit your shots. that little white circle is where your shot will actually land. Also, use first-person-aiming to hit far off targets. it's incredible accurate over a significant range. Further, the autocannon support weapon can close bug holes (from any distance) if you can see directly into the bug hole, with a single shot.
there are tools this game provides to solve all the problems the game presents.
crouch or go prone to further increase you aim and recoil control with the auto cannon.
"There are tools the game provides"
Yeah, autocannon. For every. single. problem.
It's brokenly overpowered. Or rather, the game is limited by consoles so it can't afford to send too many enemies at once, so it makes up for that by turning every enemy into a bullet sponge so the only viable weapons are the heavy hitting, armor piercing weapons.
What creative design.
