PC support for Dualsense Haptic Triggers?
I wanted to buy a Dualsense just for this game because I heard from my friend who plays PS5 that the haptic triggers are really amazing.
Can anyone who plays this game with Dualsense on PC confirm if it’s supported? I only saw partial controller support when I checked the steam page for this game, so I wanted to make sure before I took the splurge. Thanks!

Yea, enable the controller as a speaker. Meaning, do not disable it like most do. The trigger feedback is used as sound.

Just tested it. There are some haptics present, but no stuff like dual stage or tension on the triggers. I'd say not something game changing.

Works if you turn off Steam input.

How does one turn off Steam input? Every time i log in it still shows xbox button prompts even thought my dualsense is plugged directly to my PC.

And how do I get the sound back to the headset if I do not disable it? If it is enabled -like most do not do- the sound is completly gone.

On PS5 I have sound AND the controller function, there has to be another way to make it work on Steam or what am I, and most, missing?
Sounds more like a windows problem. You may have to check your taskbar icons (far right) and look for the speaker icon, (or just look up sounds settings to get there the long way). Then toggle which speaker option you want for speaker audio and can set it back to whatever device is your primary speaker - be it a TV/hdmi (video card, usually) output, the 3.5 mm output jack to whatever stand alone speakers you use, any plugged in USB headphones, etc etc.

Windows doesn't like to transmit audio to multiple devices, which is pretty ♥♥♥♥♥♥ and will require you audio split things through other means, so i'm not sure you can have controller speaker audio AND a separate primary audio device functional at the same time.

Some apps will have their own settings on top of this, so steam audio may have additional settings to allow voice chat through headphone speakers while standard gaming audio goes to a seperate/primary speaker. (checking now)

Steam does have a 'voice' setting, which allows you to select what specific device will be used for voice input and voice output, so you can send verbal communication through headphones and headset mic, while all other audio will then go to what is selected by windows as your primary speaker output.
