Maybe activating the Terminal should deactivate friendly fire in an area around the Terminal.

There is an incentive to extract. The more players that make it to the shuttle, the more xp and req you get

My Grandfather once told me 'One should never attribute to malice what can be attributed to foolishness' when I complained about what I saw as outright evil in so many people. lol this one guy killed our team 12 times. Drop pod on teamamtes. orbital strike at our feet,shooting us in the back of the head. Jesus ive never seen a team flip out so much in chat xD
