PC freeze on game start-up

Every time i start my game today, the anti-cheat logo pops up on the screen for a few seconds and then the whole computer freezes and becomes unresponsive. It doesn't react to anything, alt+f4 etc. Anyone else experiencing this?

Same exact thing. I'm on a Ryzen and Radeon, if that helps. Was working fine from launch (minus some crashing) up till last night. No matter what I did (reinstall game and drivers etc) its the same. Since it said the anti cheat cant connect whatever, I even tried disabling whole firewall. Didn't work.

It's not even giving me any errors about connection, the computer completely freezes and i have to forcefully restart it

Same issue was working fine yesterday this morning locks up on anti-cheat screen.

Same for me. Updated drivers, checked files, reinstalled game, nothing worked. Game ran without issues until today.

Got game working again. Just closed any overclocking/Temp monitor programs I use GPU Tweak 3 shut it down game starts fine.

Same Issue
Amd 7900xt + 7800x3d it was pretty bad before this latest patch for crashing mid-game... now i can't even start the game

Anti cheat software monitors for memeory change, the problem is that GG is over zealous in its monitoring and will flag absolutely legitimate programs as threats.

Devs even admit this, they acknowledge that is will flag things such as cooling software which, i dont think it needs to be explained why a program flagging Cooling software is bad.

I don't have any cooling software and it shuts down after the initial start video.

I'm facing the exact same issue. After installing today's update, every time I launch the game, my entire Windows system freezes, leaving me unable to do anything. Only what I can do is to reboot the computer.

I only had the issue with game guard freezing the PC.

Imagined that could also be the case. Closed every single tracking app, but still can´t make it work.

Gamegaurd is messed up flagging every legit software. Not sure if Devs are aware of the ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ the anti cheat is generating.

Verify game files on steam. It will ask you to delete game guard, click yes.
After files are verified hit play and a new gameguard will be installed.
