and if its on Cooldown you better run at least i havent seen ppl actually fighting it with anything else effectively ( normal guns and such so no turrets or strategem )
What I do is railcannon then fire a recoilless rifle to finish it off or fire several railgun shots depending on my loadout. Most of the time it is best to distance yourself away from the Bile Titan as much as you can and not engage it by yourself, when you are with the team it is easier to stay safe whiles its attention is on someone else so you can keep firing rockets or unsafe mode shots from the railgun.
Another way is a bit risky is to run underneath it and throw a 500kg bomb then run pass it, if you don't have anything hindering the call-down timer and use railgun to make it flinch to stop it from moving.
To increase your survivability bring Shield backpack, so you don't get slowed when running away from its puke.
Currently I am level 16 almost 17, So railgun is not an option yet, but I do plan to unlock it second I hit 20 as all i've heard about it was good things.
I was wondering the same as you can't seem to deal any more damage to it after destroying it's 2 weakspots.
autocannon is not really meant for this foe. more for killing medium size elites and quick clearing bugholes. thats why its earliest best anti-armor unlock which is lv13 but what you need is lv15to20 stuff. the real best stuff.
The spear can 1 shot a bile titan if you can hit it in the head with it, blows its head clean off. Did it twice in a difficulty 6 mission I ran with a friend, he called a extra spear so I picked up, got 2, 1 shot bile titan kills that mission with headshots.
Two shots to the face with a recoilless rifle kills the bile titan and you get the recoiless pretty early. Aim the weapon in first person, not third person for best effect.
but on a serious note having someone on your team with anti tank such as disposables, recoiless, railgun, or the spear. orbital lasers are pretty reliable so long as it actually focuses the titan on startup. 500kg can one shot it, so long as its directly on top of the explosion and a Tuesday. orbital railgun can be affective so long as it happens to take out the head and not a chunk of its side as it usually does.
I've also killed both chargers and bile titans with a flamethrower before, it just takes a while but it CAN kill them by itself. The fire dot/heat damage in general seems to ignore armor entirely damaging the health pool directly even if the flamethrower is shot at a chargers face it'll die just as fast as if you flame throwered its butt, as it completly ignores armor.
On higher difficulties there are often multiple bile titans at a time + chargers + bile spewing ticks + melee bugs.
You'll never have time to solo load the recoilless and co-op loading is rare in public matches, hard in private ones.
At difficulties 6/7 and above you need to be constantly moving or everyone in the fight, there's not much wiggle room to call for a loader.
I think EAT is better in a lot of ways, as you can call it in on the move, dump them both quickly into an enemy and keep moving with your original support weapon.
your shots have to be precise though. cause hitting anywhere thats not directly in the mouth is essentially a wasted shot
