GSync on, VSync on, Max FPS 162 (monitor 165hz) are the only things I changed now.
After that I don't see so pixelated as it was before, I'm not sure if there's a conflict between configs, maybe the game uses Negative LOD bias and setting to clamp is no good, but I'm happy I was able to reduce the pixelated by a lot.
Anisotropic filtering: Application-controlled (it was 16x before)
Multi-Frame Sampled AA (MFAA): Off (it was on before)
Texture filtering - Negative LOD bias: Allow (it was Clamp before)
Game:
Power management mode: Prefer maximum performance
There doesn't seem to be a solution...I'm afraid.
I have a 4080, with everything on high or ultra at 1440p, yet my friend has a 1080 and has no issues.
It's very strange.
