How do I change my character sex?

I played the intro and didn't get to choose my character sex.
Or can't change sex like Rust?
I don't mind it being locked, I just want to know if there is a option.

in the armory menu
you can pick the 3rd tab at the top that lets you change your banner/voice/emotes/wining pose/body(lean/bulky)

No such (direct) option, you can choose between 2 body types (Brawny and Lean) and if you want the voice to be randomised after each death OR if you want to only use one of the (obviously) male or female voices.

Characters don't really have 'sex' but there are masculine and feminine voices, and a "Brawny" and "Lean" body type. All of your character customization options are in the Armory on your ship, which are the 4 little terminals on the left in the alcove between the bridge and where you spawn.

I was mainly talking about the voice, for some reason the randomizer always choose the same one.
