Your pc is very good, i have the same GPU and 5600x and i play any ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥ game i want 144+ but this piece of garbage struggles because its unoptimized as hell. This game has trash optimization. Those idiots saying its the GPU have 0 idea what they are talking about. The problem is worse on higher diffs (7+) and the cpu utilization is ♥♥♥♥. If u open MSI afterburner u will see that not all cores work and only 1-2 do the job. I personally dont think they will ever optimize it, its going downhill every patch.

Also try DX11 and lower at minimum the Render distance in the settings cause it sucks, ik we have to work arround it sadly. Since i did these 2 things i play way better now and very rarely
