That is not how such tank type work.
come to think of it, its a great way to know where the AA emplacement objective is. You just gotta look at the eagle and see where the tracers are coming from.

The AA turret is like a radar jammer, but only for Eagle strikes. It's not meant to take your eagles down, just to stop them being used in an area.
If your eagle pilot was that dumb to be shot down, then we'd have a chance of blowing up the AA turrets with the eagle strike craft crashing into it. Unfortunately, she's too smart and we can't convince her otherwise of this plan.
That's not the main point, the thing is made out of glass if you have Quasar/EAT/RR to deal with them so it's always easy, but it's the crazy utility that you want to give.
I'm asking that which part of making Eagle damn near unusable in bots game is a good idea?
AA site can be predicted and avoided, but these things are random and always moving toward you, so you effectively forced players to only use orbitals with support gun/backpack loadout.
You could limit their numbers, and weaken the turret armor even more. I haven't tested the new explosive sniper rifle against it but I know the autocannon can destroy it.
I should come up with better suggestions :)
Don't feel bad, it's actually a logical suggestion from a realism stand point, it just doesn't really sound very fun from the gameplay stand point lol, but as a hardmode modifier...
