I know the arcade game is sharable and the smg isn't preferred aside.
I bought the regular game first and then bought the addition after because i liked it enough.
For that extra cost, you get yellow name title, Super Citizen which I am still using at level 80 to show people my massive, out of control ego-peen.
It means you are the Super Nintendo Entertainment Citizen not the Normal Entertainment Citizen.
You also get Centurion looking armour immediately with the ‘Democracy protects’ stat which can save you from death.
Did I mention the gold cape? It’s gold to show you are rich and have like 3 girlfriends… and a Ferrari and… no, twoFerraris. You see that Ma’? I did become something! *Sheds a single tear*.
You also get a timed grenade.
Oh and you get the first premium warbond which you could farm in game or pay £7.99 for.
So it’s up to you really.
No. The value is fair for what it is giving, but it is not a cheap nor good deal. It is a way to support the developers/the studio. I have wrote some more details about the monetisation and the super citizen edition here

In short: 20 EUD includes 1 unlocked Warbond as if you bought and spent 1000 Super Credits (worth 10 EUD ingame currency) and prestige skin/title + minigame. Nothing of it you need, but you still get something.
