Rapid launch system doesn't do anything.
"100second reduction in call-in time got all emplacement stratagems."

I was hoping this meant cooldown since it would make emplacement useful for once. It doesn't do that that or even reduce the call down time. I can't figure out what it does.

It should be the recycle time on the time out. It doesn't take 100 seconds to drop a pod. So it has to be the cooldown to call it again.

Standard drop time is 3 seconds, and it eliminates the call time that adds on to the standard drop. 3 seconds over 6 or more is noticeable.

That text is wonk AF now, no idea how they busted it. But it used to mention removing the "delay before deployment" which I always assumed meant it would immediately pop up and activate. The new text for it is nonsense, and I have no idea why they changed the text.

Yeah the old description made it sound like it instantly deployed which is why I prioritized getting it. Once I got it, I couldnt even tell what changed lol.

There's call-in time for all stratagems but it seems the minimum time for emplacements to arrive is 3 seconds

Idk. I want my emplacement to arrive 97 seconds BEFORE I call them in. I think that would be pretty neat!

I'll settle for an 80 second Shield Relay cooldown though.

Ohhh fffffff, there goes a whole bunch of samples wasted on this sht. I prioritize it to be constantly deploying arc towers, I guess with the bugy mess the game is I need to do my research before buying anything in it.

It's a new description but it was never about "cooldown time", it's decreasing "call down time" which starts when you throw a beacon and ends when emplacement hits the ground
