One of the posts got community noted. That specific upload got deleted though.

Googled it a few times. It has an iFunny page, but there is no reference to it outside of a few IG posts or tweets that just repeat it.

It's made up to farm engagement. Even the fact it isn't true is part of the joke I think.

Starship Troopers as reference:

The guy who wrote it was Heinlein and he was basically part of McCarthyism of the Red Scare. His complaints of society in the 1950's was moral decay and blamed commies. His solution was military service I guess.

His thoughts seem to be that military service would yield discipline and an orderly society.

So yes people were concerned he was promoting fascism as they just fought a war that cost millions of lives and the guy was using similar rhetoric about moral decay and militarism as a solution to all of societies ills.

You forgot the deviant behavior they dislike and the military as the solution. Like people partying and having sex doing whatever they do really bugs them. The solution is an ordered military life to drill into people how they want them to be. That military disciple will improve society as a whole and limit "deviant" behavior.
