FS-55 Devastator armor helps against headshots?

Anyone tested if the thick neck helps against headshots?

unfortunately, i havent seen anyone speaking of the armor and how effective it is, just that it looks awesome, would love to try it but im missing few medals to get it

i have tested with my friends . and it seem the Neck is counting as a Body hitbox .

but it still not confirmed by Data mining .
