where to see 'actual patch note'?
It seems like Steam store page's patch notes doesn't show actual patch notes at all.

Yeah these devs suck at informing their consumers of what they are doing with the game the purchased advertised as a live service... there is no service.

Did you check your library page and click on the big patch notes banner?

Or Google "Helldivers 2 Patch Notes" because the first result is a link to steam showing the patch notes.

Ermm the patch notes are on steam, in this forum, for every single patch. Kinda hard to miss unless you dont bother to look, easier to blame the devs eh?

You need to speak slower or they won't understand

Nobody is talking about those notes. Those notes don't mention ♥♥♥♥ about any of the many changes that have happened not included in the notes.

List of things added to the game never appearing in notes (i.e. "Added [thing that was added]"):
Gunships
Titans
Shriekers
The HMG and Quasar
The new ship upgrades
Addition of new bot mission type

This is just the things that stick out, there are minor changes they make that go unnoticed for several days.

It is fine to have "announcements" in-game but as a live-service game it is not okay to be this non-transparent when you make major changes to the game.

Steam's store's patch notes doesn't show every patch dev updated. It seems not like showing they added weapons, stratgems etc at all. I read informations about new stratgem and weapons and events from community sites then I tried to read patch notes of Steam store page then still can't read such things from it.

Most of these things were in the notes. Adding a new enemy isn't a major change either...

From how it seems the devs are rolling the "story" of the game out. Most of those are not things that are updated into the game, but are more of in game developments.

things like raising the level cap without saying anything are more along the lines of what your'e getting at

Just say which patch notes informing dev added 'Quasar cannon'.

If you are looking for patch notes that have everything, including delayed release content within that patch, they don't exist anywhere.

There was no patch to activate the tier 4 modules, nor the new warbond, they were added in the prior patch and became active when the server said they were.

I even couldn't get any information about 'now we can use Quasar cannon' in game. Dev actually made a good example like 'exo-suit narrative in game' which can be refered as a counter situation.

If they add new contents, it's fine, but at least they should have make me to know, beacuse it will make me play game once again. but the current situation progress like this. I see new updates every day on steam's my games library and found out Helldivers 2 had a new update, then I read patch notes. It says there were minor patches like 'exo suit's missile now can penetrate armor only when it hits directly'. but you only can find there were new contents like new weapons, stratgems when you playing the game and trying to research from console. you even don't get any informations even you enter your ship.

Patch 01.000.202
Hello fellow Helldivers!
Piping hot fresh patch notes coming your way

Overview
This update includes

Gameplay
We have updated the stats UI for weapons to take into account any explosive damage done by them. This is to give weapons that do damage with explosive projectiles a more fair representation in the UI. Most notably affected is the PLAS-1 Scorcher.

Fixes
Crash fixes
Fixed some crashes that occurred when deploying to mission.
Fixed some crashes that occurred during extraction and right after it.
Fixed crashes that could occur if the squad deployed a large amount of support weapons.
Fixed various crashes that could occur during gameplay.
Fixed a crash that could occur when using heat based weapons.
Fixed crashes which could occur if a player died while using the jetpack.
Fixed crash which could occur when large volumes of enemies were present.
Fixed crash which could occur when the player picked up a snowball.
Fixed crash which could occur when completing an objective.

Other Fixes
Fixed hang that could occur while navigating the social menu.
Picking up Medals and Super Credits will no longer lock the player in place.

Known Issues
These are issues that were either introduced by this patch and are being worked on, or are from a previous version and have not yet been fixed. This list is not exhaustive, and we are continuing to identify issues and create fixes. These are organized by feedback, reports, severity, etc.

Various issues involving friend invites and cross-play:
Player cannot navigate to the search results from the Search Bar in the Social Menu.
Player name may show up blank on the other player's friend list.
Friend Request cannot be accepted when the requesting player changed their username before the request was accepted.
Cross-platform friend invites might not show up in the Friend Requests tab.
Players cannot unfriend players befriended via friend code.
Players cannot unblock players that were not in their Friends list beforehand.

Damage-over-time effects may only apply when dealt by the host.
Players may experience delays in Medals and Super Credits payouts.
Enemies that bleed out do not progress Personal Orders and Eradicate missions.
Certain weapons like the Sickle cannot shoot through foliage.
Scopes on some weapons such as the Anti-Materiel Rifle are slightly misaligned.
Arc weapons sometimes behave inconsistently and sometimes misfire.
Spear’s targeting is inconsistent, making it hard to lock-on to larger enemies.
Stratagem beam might attach itself to an enemy but it will deploy to its original location.
Explosions do not break your limbs (except for when you fly into a rock).
Area around Automaton Detector Tower makes blue stratagems such as the hellbomb bounce and be repelled when trying to call them down close to the tower.
Planet liberation reaches 100% at the end of every Defend mission.

God people like you guys are so boring and just hate discovering things in the game. Also, they announce all of these things in game... Do you not read major orders, or the announcements made by Command? They literally explain what's going on in the game after every major order, which is what results in getting a new strat, mission or enemy. They don't need to put them in the patch notes because they tell you IN THE GAME.... Again with idiots like you guys. You guys just skip all text boxes and don't even do the least of just quickly scanning through it, then you come here and cry about it not being announced or put in a patch note.

A live service game that is not advertised as an "exploration" or "adventure" game is not the game I go to when I want to "discover" things devs added without telling me. Funny enough those games usually do have devs that tell their players when they added new things, they just don;t tell you how to unlock them.
