Cross Save when ??

Have over 100 hours on PS5 and recently got a ultra beefy PC. I would double dip and buy a few friends a copy if I could transfer over my character...

At least your 100 hours are not entirely lost, with what you learned it will take you much less to get to the same level with a new character.

Besides, once you know what style you want you don't need to unlock everything at once.

There should be speed runs of HD2 (that would be one of the many stupid things on the internet)

basically. your ♥♥♥♥♥♥. they couldnt even get the friends list working in 3+ months of launch and they dont have any cross save feature yet.

Well, there is no PSN requirement on PC. However, the requirement was more for using PSN's player behavior requirements and control. i.e. control bad behavior the same way they do with their non-PC games.

I'm in the same boat. I got the game on PS5 before I got a PC and after all the time and money I've put into the game there is no way I would want to just start back over again from nothing. Especially since I don't have time for that kind of re-grinding anyway with having a job and whatnot. Hopefully thew feature will come eventually.

They have mentioned it once or twice but no definitive answer on if it'll ever even happen... such a shame

Just bought Helldivers on my new PS5. I have completed almost every warbond on pc.. and you're telling me there no cross progression? This is treason. Heresy even. My pp has shriveled and my heart has broken. Sony prob won't let me refund on PS5 either since I was afk for a couple hours trying to figure out why my stuff wasn't transferring over. GGs

Sony's refund policy is if you havent actually downloaded it nothing to do with play time like Steam if you download it then your stuffed

They mentioned "CrossProgression" a few months back - but it didn't appear on any roadmaps yet.
I don't see why Sony would care if a lot of people:
- insist on disabling crossplay
- complain about PSN registration.

What's their motivation?
- You already paid/played the game.
- They are constantly pressured for content and fixes rather than cross-progression.
- The amount of complaints about 'cross-platform' suggests you're in the minority.

Fiddle sticks! Glad I read this whole thread first. I was gifted HD2 for Christmas, and was about to purchase the ps5 version so I could play on console and then Steam Deck while on the go…

I think because if the PSN fiasco it won't come I think they would have used that to make cross play work as it would just on PSN servers and you can pick up and play no matter where you are

I can't see it happening until HD3 with hopefully a new bloody engine
