Muscle Enhancement Booster reduces Hunter slow effect

I'm not sure who to credit for "discovering" this but I haven't seen it here on the steam forums.

Running the Muscle Enhancement booster allows you to keep running a bit longer even though stalkers have applied their slow effect. I wanted to go ahead and drop this here for anyone still looking for suggestions about dealing with Hunter swarms in the game.

wait so it affect hunter slow but not barbed wire and bushes..?
