How to use jet pack on pc?

I don't know how to use it. I dive/jump but not able to use jet pack.

ALT is dive, space is the long bar in the lower middle of your keyboard

I think you changed your controls. Default dive is alt key, space climbs/jump pack

I am used to playing games where jump is space. So i bind my jump button on space.

No, jet pack is tied to holding your Vault (not dive) button. Check your bindings.

Hold the climb button until it activates.

so jet pack is climb, not dive. Ok got it, gonna give it a try.

Just hold the jump button, it helps you tu jump higher and brake when falling. But remember it needs some time to be used again after each use. Also, don't expect some crazy flying like in Shadows of the empire, its just an emergency item to flight away or to ease infiltration.

It is not the jump/dive button, it is the climb button. It works. Thanks all.

One of the best ways to use it is to get on top of large rocks and use that positioning to your advantage in various ways, like placing turrets if you can get them to stick. Sometimes you'll have to climb a smaller rock and then jump up to the next higher rock in order to get that real height advantage.
