I'd love for them to add "joke" stratagem to bring into battle like calling down a flag. Stuff to bring into battle if you feel confident enough you don't need to 4th slot.

I like your idea. I would add this to my loadout on Level 9, assuming it doesn't take up the backpack slot or support slot.

Yeah, no, shut up. I'm in that "community" but I don't want that crap to be put into a game, this is a game about killing buts and robots, not something to fit someone's political agenda. Devs are doing an awesome job by keeping politics out of the game.

I am not surprised since this game is barely early acces.

But I am thoroughly disappointed there is no "iwo jima-style" side objective, send bunch of helldivers to die on completly pointless objective just so they can rise the SE flag back up.

Just run in and whole team busy interacting with the flag or saluting while you are getting drowned by enemies and you cant leave until its back up.

This would make a sick 'distraction' stratagem actually. Punch it in, drops a flag and you have to defend it for X time from whatever on the map is suddenly bee-lining to your position.

Maybe give it the option to replenish lives, dish out a full resupply or a stratagem refresh if you can hold out long enough?

What if the flag was the game's melee weapon? So those people get a sick freaking reward for their efforts.

Even planting the flag you could use the reload input for that to plant it. I recommend making that a team activity where another person pushes e on you to help. I think that would be hellla cool think if the whole squad could do it and then bam you hear "For moderated Democracy!" that's the dream.

Also planting it could aggro the bugs and be a mini event where you get a reward for patriotism. "Let it shine" or something equally patriotic-cheese.
