The Senator is a revolver, presumably chambered in 44. Magnum, as of now, it currently penetrates heavy armor.
The marksman rifles, the Diligence, CS Diligence, and the Constitution, are chambered (presumably) in:
The Diligence:
a similar caliber to the Liberator, 7.62x39, 5.45x45, 5.56x45, or 223.
The CS Diligence:
7.62x51 or 7.62x54R
The Constitution:
7.62x54R or 30-06.
ALL of these calibers have more firepower than 44. Magnum, especially when you're shooting said 44. Magnum out of a gun with a 7 inch barrel at best. They should all penetrate the same amount of armor, or more.
So, one of two things is true:
The marksman rifles are underpowered, OR,
the Senator is overpowered.

I think AH has got themselves caught between their original vision, that needed work. Then making things feeling fun and rewarding, which then highlights the shortfalls of other weapons.

False. It currently penetrates the frontal armor of Hulks, and has in it's description heavy armor penetrating.

There's a reason they had General Brasch say "now get yourself a REAL weapon." when he tells you call in the MG-43 in the tutorial.
None of the primary weapons, are real weapons.
None of them are good options.
There are primaries that are better than other primaries, but ALL of them suck.
That's what I think about it.

Senator is not op, 6 shots and a long reload time, yes you could kill 2 hulks to the face, but lets be honest what is the chance that you hit all 6 shots, and how often did you see a hulk alone (D7 to D10)
If the DCS or the jar 5 could do that, then yes i would call that OP but we talk about a sidearm here
