DSS eagle storm?

I haven't seen a single eagle airstrike from this, anyone else have the same experience?

I believe its the planet blockade action that is active right now not the eagle action :(

Think it either doesn't work, or they took the actual eagle runs away.

the eagles are flying in the sky if you look up. they just arent airstriking (that i've seen). figured AH disabled the strikes due to the backlash over the barrage. or it could be bugged. never know when it comes to these interns.. i mean devs.

Yeah either of those is very plausible, regardless why would they say the eagle storm is online if it's disabled or not working? Also keep in mind this comes after the eagle storm donation progress was suck at 99.98% or 2 minutes 30 seconds estimation for hours.

On a sort of side note, I think they could benefit from ditching this stupid Tuesday and Thursday updates schedule and just release it when it's ready. Especially if these DSS problems end up being easy fixes.

would it be so hard to code the orbitals and eagles to just bomb no mans land and occasionally direct target enemies?

When you hover of the DSS planet is says the eagle storm is online

Eagle storm seems bugged. i see tons of eagles in the backround, which i am assuming is a visual effect of eagle storm but the actual eagles that help you dont seem to spawn

I have no doubt that every minute an eagle airstrike would have bombed it's way across the map, perhaps even three lines, and everytime it would have killed helldivers so they decided to turn it off because we don't think it's as funny as they thought the planetary barrage was funny.

ive heard that it apperantly was a vote and only 1 of the 3 can be active wic if true wouldve been nice to know so i wouldnt have wasted my ♥♥♥♥♥♥ samples and just stuck with the extra booster

The blockade ended when it left Mastia to return to Gaellivare, then again blockade does nothing else than prevent Defend missions appearing around planets with supply lines to them.

SO many times I've been wasted by a newb's poor use of the Eagle Cluster Strike, I was looking forward to having it automated by the DSS!!!

If eagle storm would have worked, half the defense campaigns would have ended in failure because they would have blown up the gates and generators. These are the last two brain cells at Arrowhead having a sensible idea.

The Eagle Storm's do occur on occasion and eagles come in an TARGET ENEMIES and actually do a bit of good. So it is working as intended. It just does not last nearly as long as the bloody stupid orbital bombardment, nor occurs as frequently. In a 40min match, the Eagle Storm environmental warning came on 4 times, with multiple Eagle Strafing runs targeting nearby enemies occurring thereafter. I witnessed one fellow Helldiver get gunned down by an eagle, but other than that it seemed effective. Eagle Storm is working. Is it worth it? Not in my opinion. But it is working.

wow the eagle storm is not even that bad
