it sounds to me like they spent two months reskining the asteroid storm modifier then made us pay for it.
but can it do those things now or do they need to have resources poured into them to activate?
Its a resource sink for everyone that has tons of unused resources, that's it.
Right now its cant do anything all its abilities are charging, in game timer says its ready roughly 20 hours from now. So we waited all this time just to wait some more.
it will be ready sooner if we fill it up I think
