How the hell do I select a mission for a planet I am already orbiting?

I am at Fenrir III, but whenever I click on the planet itself to take me down to the actual surface map to select a mission there, it keeps booting me out of the map terminal. I can select missions on OTHER planets, but not the one my ship is already at. What the hell, man?

EDIT: NVM... I guess it's just Fenrir? IDK Why... I just finished one part of a 3 part mission, and now I can't even get to the thing that lets me select a mission to do on the planet.

As AverysillyFella mentioned, when a MO is finished on a planet, sometimes there are no more missions available on that planet to select. And then sometimes the planet will stay open with missions. Just depends on what the devs want.

When it happens, back out of the planet to the global map and usually then you'll get the MO message.
