Account reset AGAIN

I logged in today and it gave me settings for english which I was like ok whatever but then it took me to the tutorial and said im a lvl 1 Cadet?? Anyone else this is happening to?

Edit: This is the second time this has happened the original text above is whatever now but i was able to play a few days of the new update before this happened again, I have screenshots of last time and now this time around and still can't do much I'm hoping is a steam error but oh well. Last time it was fixed in about 5ish days with support from arrowhead and will likely be that case again but this needs to be a more well known thing to happen and let this be a PSA to SAVE YOUR ACCOUNT ID AND NUMBER

Where are saves even located? Steam said everything was up to date when I launched, I am not about to regrind 75 levels and every warbond and ship upgrade

I've been recording short videos in case this ever happens to me, so I have evidence of what my account looks like. I'd advise you do the same once you get your account back.

It may be an account linking issue. Do you have a PSN account for the game or not?

Luckily I have plenty of screenshots and videos but theyre all over the place with some being as low as level 30 and some being lvl 70 >.>

Why would I ever give Sony my data, I never did and tbh im the only one of my friends who had issues who didnt everyone else had to go through loops to get their accounts back once they did link.... not that I could even link mine as of right now

Not sure what caused it, but that happened to me a while back for a short time... Thankfully I logged in later and everything was back to normal. I think I validated the files and stuff, but I'm guessing you tried that already.
