Seems to be a reskin of SC-34 Infiltrator with olive pants, no chest pouches and less yellow.

It could be a new scout armour as well, we did have some reskinned armours lately.

Eh, most armors are reskins and variations of like base 5-6 tbh. Not that it's bad, they do a really good job adding some cool detail
