Don't waste your medals on the new warbond... Viper Commando Review

The new Viper Commando trailer made me hyped for the new armour sets and weapons, but after seeing how many medals i needed to get those items made me feel ripped off and scammed.
80 MEDALS FOR THE MOVEMENT SPEED BOOSTER and its on the LAST PAGE so you cant get it until you get all the other crap looking cosmetic items?! And in my opinion, that booster is the only thing worth spending my medals on.
And Hip Hip Hooray! Another reskinned Liberator that is exactly the same as the basic version. And only for 20 medals! What a scam of a warbond...
And more melee damage when wearing the new armour! Who in the living hell uses their melees to kill enemies??? In a game where using stratagems and support weapons are a must?? In my 220 hours of playing Helldivers, i think I've only used my melee 20 times. Worthless passive. Absolutely worthless.
The 3 barrelled shotgun that looks to be one handed but is in fact two handed? Doesn't even one shot a Hive Guard bug or a Beserker bot to the face. Thanks Arrowhead!!
I'm not even going to state how useless the knife is, its a joke of a grenade type weapon. I would rather use impacts or incendiarys to kill my enemies from far away then using a tiny butter knife that only does chip damage to them.....
If i could refund my super credits, i would, because i have never felt more disappointed than this. I grinded the ♥♥♥♥ out of this game to save up for this warbond, never spending a penny. And this is the result.....

Terrible warbond. Absolute disappointment.

but the med jungle theme skin is in the super store... so it existed lol.

To be fair, on a technical level almost ANY gun in game is just a reskin. Some might have shiny particles or travel in an arc, but the majority function the exact same with a different model and their numbers tweaked. There's only so much you can really do before to make guns that throw lead feel unique in a meaningful way.

Are the 2 armor sets they add in the superstore at the same time the warbond was available new? I had never seen them before and they have similar color and aesthetics than the viper commando warbond. Wasn't the goal to give us less content but with higher quality?
That doesn't look good at all.

I like the warbond and have enjoyed all the weapons, armors, and while the skins are whatever they still cool in my opinion.

+900RPM? It's not a "reskin" so much as a Variant...you know....like the Liberator Penetrator?

the worst part is there actually is morearmors from this warbond but they decided to put them in the super store instead i just got the two of them and they are still there rn

While I agree with 90% of this, if you play this game for 1-2 hr per day you are going to have way more medals than you can spend so "wasting" medals or even supercreds is not an issue in this game.

What I will say is that NOBODY should pay actual money to get this warbond, it's not worth the $10 worth of SC. In fact, I wouldn't even pay $1 for it, it's that mediocre.
