Liberator Carbine sucks
Yeah what a suprise.... its fine damage wise but ammo economy is terrible. One mag to kill spewer, one full mag to kill a stalker. Not enough mags

its the same as the normal liberator, so its one of the best ARs

It's dog water against the clankers. Haven't tried against bugs yet.

do you shoot in in full auto or what, just juse burst or semi and it works.
yes its not the best but its still good

Yeah it's not good. Not enough damage against bugs and not accurate enough against bots. The typical problem for ARs.

The recoil is too high for the fire rate, so it's pretty crap. Swapped back to las-sickle, melted bots like no tomorrow.

They should probably give it a lot more ammo to compensate for the recoil as most of it misses. Otherwise, it's a gimped liberator where the liberator is just that much better for ammo economy and reliability.

With more ammo, it would probably be OKish, but they should just change it into a burst fire only AR with closely packed shots and much less recoil, so it sacrifices ammo economy vs the minutest of enemies but has good rapid clearance of individual targets when aim is good.

My God, the upwards kick of the recoil is dumb. Its aimable for near range kills, but im constantly looking at my feet.

It should be changed to bullet spray without directional kick, and maybe some pushback so it's harder to walk forwards with when firing to fit what it's meant to do.

Great a mag dumping into stalkers, but aiming down is just retarded.

Probably user error in this thread. Aiming first-person reduces recoil to almost nothing. The sights kind of obstruct and there's no zoom or scope, so that part isn't great, but it's at least a lot more usable than having to constantly compensate for recoil.

It's just liberator with better fire rate and lost scope. It's good enough vs bugs and awful against bots. Against bots you need scopes and precision. Increased fire rate against things to far away to hit or with tiny weakpoints isn't helpful.

I normally wouldn't use it as a general weapon even against bugs, but I've been RPing as a viper commando using their weapons (everything except knife. That thing is garbage.) Sickle is of course a better AR with no real downside except hot planets. Basic liberator I think is better because free aim isn't as bad, and the scope is needed for bots, so really I suppose that's not saying much good about the carbine.

ARs need 10-12 mags in general. Otherwise they just don't have enough damage.
