New update broke my game

[Guy permnatly stuck in 2009]

I installed the new update and now my game won´t launch, Now it just crashe, It was fine yesterday but the update broke something. I´ve already verrified the integrity of game files and I don´t know what to do

try clearing out mods, and also nuking your shader cache in %appdata%\Arrowhead\helldivers2\shader_cache

nope none of these not my rig...already done all of this...never had issues with the game till this update. Only other thing that happened was the windows update which I enjoy no Copilot on my computer, of which I will never reinstall. Bravo to the tech that did this *thumbs up* however, whoever caused my game to break selecting my gear ahem, bricked the game to be unplayable.

If you use the manager. Do a complete purge, re-install your game, and verify. Seems to be working for now. Mod support will most likely be broken until the mods are updated to the current build.

Had this issue but deleted root folders and then reinstalled, also disabled all mods as something was breaking on startup
