The Integrated Explosion armor should refund reinforcement points if you manage to get kills with the explosive. As is this perk is just useless and memes. accomplishes nothing that your Gun couldn't do.

Neat as that is, I think it should be a chance to refund. I can easily see this being abused. Or requires a certain amount of a certain type of enemy to give a refund to Reinforcement.
