Games drive = 2 tb
junk drive = 1 tb
Otherwise, uninstall and reinstall the game. Probably the best thing to do anyway as you're already (almost) reinstalling the whole game, space-wise.
If you uninstall and re-download, it doesn't need to run through the patch process (i.e. you don't need the 180gb of space).
You only have two options:
1. Clear enough space for the patch to process
2. Uninstall and download
