Why do we still not have tanks???
We're fighting on Super Earth now, still no tanks!

Like ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥, not even just the main battle tank? Not even the APC that's still in the game files for over a year???

We Helldivers have been asking for tanks since launch, since Malevelon Creek, since every major battle and yet we're fighting without them. What is this ♥♥♥♥♥♥♥♥? :VSnake:

They were struggling with the code with just the FRV, I wouldn't be surprised if they can't get the LAV and Tank to work.
Didn`t play hell driver 1 but heard got lots different weapon and tank to fight different enemies.
don't forget to expect the MBT/APC to be behind a warbond paywall

I suspect they would've loved to make them work, but judging by how much of a mess the jeep is to drive, the APC and tank may be completely unplayable if they exist.

Was the jeep?

If the jeep wasn't behind a paywall, the tank won't be. Though they may add the skins into the old battlepasses like they just did with the jeep skins.

Flamethrower wasn't behind a paywall, neither any of the two starting guard dogs. But now we do have stratagems behind paywalls, so it's possible

I do miss the halftrack motorbike+sidecar though, it was mint.

But yeah, the tank from HD1 was pretty dismal, and the APCs weren't much better. They were just pointless if you didn't have a full team in them.

I would love a 2-manned Tank tank as well! Pls comes in variants of auto cannon, anti-tank and laser too!

True, it is possible, I just prefer to be optimistic, Arrowhead has been very generous with updates and vehicles so far, and I find the endless pessimism both depressing and unproductive.

Yeah.
Just like how FRV introduce in the colony map.
I was expecting atleast of APC of not tank on the street of, idk... our Fortified Capital planet?

Not to mention Super Earth biome is just undercooked as hell.
Helldiver and Squid alike just keep clipping through the wall and floor.
All while looking like lifeless garry mod map.

So yeah, just another dud

I personally found that putting everyone in the same combustible vehicle in a game where everyone dying ends the mission immediately was a bad idea.

Imagine making a sequel on a brand new engine and somehow struggle to include a fraction of the content the first game had....on a worse engine.
